Kyle Ryan is a graduate of Stockton University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. While in college, he became a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity, which led to his volunteer work with different sexual assault awareness organizations. Kyle founded the Teal Mondays project as a way to keep himself involved with the sexual assault awareness community after graduation. He started the movement as a social media campaign but has helped grow the project into the nationwide movement it is today, with supporters all across the country.
